Foodz Catering, in business since 1997, is a full-service catering company owned and operated by Chef Shelby Sewell, a graduate of Londons famed Le Cordon Bleu cooking school. Foodz Catering offers food that is innovative and looks as wonderful as it tastes, while taking proper stewardship of the environment very seriously. Our menus are unique and diverse, span the globe, and are always artfully presented. We can assist you with smaller events ($500/minimum) to events with 1,000 plus guests. In addition, our menus are completely customizable and we offer full organic menus upon request. We call Acalia in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle our home. Acalia offers an elegant setting, uniquely graced with abundant natural light and views through glass atrium ceilings. A privately gated outdoor terrace is amply sized for dining, dancing under the stars, or an outdoor grill event, allowing your guests to mingle both indoors and out.
