Singing expresses the joy of life, a joy that the Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco loves to share. Whether you want to be entertained or enlightened, we have your number.
Our varied repertoire includes classical and world music, spiced up with rock, jazz, and popular tunes. We also perform unique pieces written by artists living in the Bay Area. From Chinese Folk Songs to twisted versions of Gilbert and Sullivan classics, we have a wide-ranging and fresh repetoire.
LGCSF performs in a variety of shows, but don't think that all we do is perform. Throughout the year, you can find LGCSF at outreach events for other organizations, fundraising venues, and hospitals, all in support of the community.
