Evelyn Frank Legal Resources ProgramNYLAG's Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program (EFLRP) serves as a legal resource for older persons and people with disabilities, and for the advocates who assist them. EFLRP helps them as they navigate the complex systems that provide access to health care and long-term care. EFLRP focuses on the needs of low-income individuals and access to Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D, EPIC, and Medicare Savings Programs.
Continuing Legal EducationThe legal staff of EFLRP teach continuing education courses on topics of interest to professionals in the field of aging. Many of these courses are accredited for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attorneys admitted in New York State, although they are also open to non-attorneys.
EFLRP no longer uses Brown Paper Tickets for our event registration and ticketing system. Please visit
our website to find out more about our current training program.
