All cheeses and charcuterie are selected by expert cheesemonger Eric Paul and sold by knowledgeable cheesemongers. Items can be tasted before purchase, are cut to order, and priced by the pound with no minimum weight requirement.
The shop offers a variety of accompaniments and specialty foods such as olives, olive oils, pastas, grains, jams, chutneys, crackers, salts, mustards, chocolates. Also for sale are organic fresh and frozen heritage breed meats from Tilldale Farm.
