In addition to retreats and workshops I also offer in person and online Skype or FaceTime individual and group private yoga, including consultations to develop and maintain a personal practice supported by photographic, video and audio documentation. I also offer Thai yoga sessions, which is like having yoga done for you, where you relax on a cushioned mat wearing comfortable clothing and I move you through yoga like postures to release tension and induce a calm aware state.
