The Living Room at 35 East

The Living Room at 35 East is an intimate, 40-seat boutique listening room in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. We offer live entertainment in a variety of genres on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and occasionally other days and evenings. Most of our shows are ticketed events  please see our schedule for details. The Living Room combines the best aspects of a house concert  comfortable chairs and couches with pillows  along with a top-notch sound system for your listening pleasure. We have a variety of beverages, snacks and desserts for sale. We also offer complimentary BYOB.
