THE COMPANION TEACHING KITCHEN
is a community learning center located inside of our West St. Louis baking campus. The Kitchen is truly the place where we can "break more bread" through hands-on classes, chef-driven demonstrations, culinary book signings and special events. Our diverse team of teachers all come from professional culinary backgrounds and possess an innate desire to share their knowledge and their experiences with the community. We are focused on raising the bar of culinary opportunities for the home cook/baker through unique offerings of savory, sweet, bread and pastry classes inside of our brand new classroom. We promise you'll leave our classes with great new skills, the joy of baking and cooking and an armful of goodies you've created yourself.
