This has been our philosophy since the beginning, when Oscar Farinetti opened the first Eataly in Torino, Italy, in 2007. Today, we have over 30 stores in eight countries and on four continents (with more on the way!). Each unique location has a format that invites you to taste delicious dishes in our restaurants, search for the same ingredients in our marketplace, and then discover how to recreate the recipe at home.
