Gabriel Cole is a San Francisco-based consultant and chef who views food in its social and environmental contexts.  He works with businesses to create strategies for ecological and financial sustainability. At every event we cater, large or small, we honor the entire evolution of the meal.   Connecting people to create a healthier and more inclusive food system is our fundamental operating philosophy.
