With over twenty-five years in the culinary industry in many roles from chef to teacher. Bill Irish has seen and done it all; from bakeries, catering and restaurants to a school for developmentally disabled adults. He has applied his impressive knowledge and unique approach to preparing a wide range of ethnic specialties, traditional comfort foods and one-of-a-kind gastronomic creations. Over the years the kitchens of the Eastland Hotel, The Tamarind Tree, Spurwink, The Roost, and Black Tie Catering have been his home. In addition to being the recipient of several regional cooking awards, Bill is also a professional musician, thespian and historical reenactor. All of which leads to very lively and entertaining cooking classes where his students gain a wealth of knowledge and leave with a smile on their faces.
