Susquehanna Valley Derby Vixens is a skater owned & operated organization that encourages sportsmanship, unity, hard work, and a sense of family among our league members. SVDV plays an active role in our local & surrounding communities by supporting charities, businesses & events. We strive to advance the sport of roller derby by sharing our love of the sport with the community in a fun & safe environment.
The league was founded in June 2010 and was initially divided into two teams: The Guillotinas and The Pretty Little Skull Crushers. We have since simplified the league and currently only have one team, the Vixens. We follow the guidelines set by the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) and are currently in the process of applying for WFTDA Apprenticeship.
