Founded in 2008, Seattle Jewish Chorale is a volunteer, non-for-profit, multi-generational choir dedicated to promoting Jewish culture, history and experience, and to building bridges of understanding, tolerance and respect through music. The Chorale's repertoire includes songs in Hebrew, English, Yiddish and Ladino, and incorporates a wide variety of styles and genres from the rich Jewish choral tradition: sacred and secular; a cappella and accompanied; classical, jazz, folk, and pop. Seattle Jewish Chorale performs under the direction of Mary Pat Graham.
Seattle Jewish Chorale is a non-discriminatory organization, and welcomes qualified singers of any background, belief, gender, or sexual orientation, who are interested in making beautiful Jewish music.
