Jubilee Arts, a program of Newborn Holistic Ministries, is a community arts center provding affordable quality arts programming to people in the Baltimore's innercity communities of Sandtown-Winchester and Upton. Jubilee Arts is located in the Harris-Marcus Center on the historic Pennsylvania Avenue, once the hub of African American arts and entertainemnt in Baltimore. The program working to revive the legacy of this famous corridor and is empowering the creative voices of our neighbors to affect social, economic and aesthetic change in our community.
