Bellevue Community Forums (BCF) strengthen public engagement opportunities for all residents of Bellevue, Washington. BCF is a collaborating member of the
Citizen Councilor Network that was first created by the King County Council after adoption of Initiative 24 in 2007.
Using a physical network of periodic public forums, people can either meet face to face in small groups or online. Participants listen, learn, and share their opinions and values about important issues and provide critical feedback to issue stakeholders, the general media, and the public.
