Visions of Sugarplums: A Burlesque Nutcracker
Twin Cities' burlesque darling Nadine DuBois and Seattle's illustrious Lily Verlaine have come together to present a pageant of holiday splendor - a divinely sexy and exuberant spectacle that will drive burlesque and dance fans wild!
Under the direction of Verlaine, an award-winning, international phenomenon and highly-accomplished classical ballet dancer/choreographer, a distinguished company of Twin Cities dancers and burlesque artists brings the exotic treats of the holiday classic The Nutcracker to life! Queenie Von Curves' stars as the vivacious Snow Queen, Rebecca Abroe steps into Verlaine's award-winning Arabian Coffee fantasy and Sweetpea heats up the stage as a smokin' Hot Chocolate! These leading performances are supported by the exquisite work of the Sugarplums ensemble. Visions of Sugarplums is a rare treat to behold - a bawdy yet beautiful makeover of the Nutcracker ballet.
