Bay Model Visitor Center in Sausalito
This is a Ranger guided tour for mature 2nd grade and up. Our guide will describe and explain what students are viewing and will need students' focused attention.
The Bay Model offers a unique opportunity for students to learn about the geography, topography, ecology, as well as the human and natural history of the San Francisco Bay and Delta. The dynamic nature of the model allows students to observe tidal action and visualize currents and eddies, as they would naturally occur in the Bay and Delta.
Please remember that this is a Heartwood Charter School field trip. All attendees must register and pay for participation through this online event system. Payments day of the event will not be accepted.
Heartwood Charter School does not profit from this event. The cost to attend covers the venue/tour fee and any fees added on by Brown Paper Tickets.
Student participation can be paid for with student funds, please make sure that if you select this option when registering to attend that you also place an order in the ordering system for your CST to approve and process.
All attendees must abide by the county's COVID mask guidelines.
All Heartwood students must have a field trip waiver on file, you can submit them to homeschool@heartwoodcharterschool.org
