Wild Medicines of May
Join us for an informative stroll amongst the spring herbs and flowers in Conham River Park.
Nature is abundant at this time of year with medicinal plants. We will show you how to identify them, how best to use them and the interesting folklore that is associated with them. Led by experienced local medical herbalists Annwen Jones & Becs Griffiths who use these herbs daily in their Rhizome Community Herbal Clinic.
The walk lasts around 1.5 hours. We will meet at 5.30 pm at Conham River Car Park.
