A CONVERSATION with Local Architect Steve Sheldon, Ibis Properties; member, U.S. Green Builders Council. We will discuss the living organic architecture that has evolved from: Gaudi, Steiner, Wright, Asmussen, Alexander, Van der Ryn, Day and others.
Featuring the DOCUMENTARY, Out of the Spirit of the Landscape: - The Story of the Goetheanum Building, Designed and Built by Rudolf Steiner, PhD in 1928. FROM 1923 THROUGH 1928 A COMMUNITY of 648 workers and supporters from all over the world contributed to the construction of the Goetheanum.
QUESTIONS What are the fundamental living principles of architectural design? How do we inspire youth toward a new spirit in architecture? What can we do to build only beautiful green schools and communities? Where are the local examples of a natural living architecture?
