Working with the boundless produce available in the fertile valley of Northern California is one of the true delights and great challenges of cooking. Fresh ideas spring to life when we spot the season's first showing of produce at our bountiful markets, or taste the newest cheese from our local creamery. At the Fork Full kitchen, this innovation and inspiration is never ending and we have ideas that must be tested and tasted!
Join us in our Fairfax kitchen for chef Megan's exclusive 6-course tasting menu. We will give insight about the foods we are working with, share a little about the process of design and of course welcome any feedback, ideas and involvement in the creative process!
The Specifics: Wednesday November 2nd, 6:30 - 8:30pm 1650 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Fairfax $85.00 per person BYO wine or beer (no corkage fee!)
Menu (Subject to change): Beef tenderloin, beet crisp, bay blue, pickled pear + micro cress Pulled duck crepe, plum and cardamom preserves, cucumber + shiso Little gem, persimmon, pomegranate, sheep cheese + citrus ginger dressing Sunchokes, butter beans, cavolo nero, devils gulch lardons + rosemary Stemple creek beef, red wine jus, caramelized pear + celeriac puree Hazelnut shortbread, lavender creme patissiere + macerated figs
