Smoked platter! Consisting of; Our pastrami, brisket, baby back ribs and beef ribs. All of which are smoked in house for over 10 hours!

COURSE FOUR.
Peach Cobbler with blueberries, topped with McConnel's Vanilla ice cream.
Cinnamon Donut Holes with a milk glaze.
