An Electronic Comedy Cabaret
At 7:30 on Thursdays February 18th & 25th, 2010, Small and Fabulous: An Electronic Comedy Cabaret will have its debut run at Sonyas Bar and Grill, located at 1919 1st Ave., Seattle, WA, 98101. It will star Holly Small (The Pint-Sized Princess of Pop Peculiarity) and EmpeROAR Fabulous!!!-(The Exposing Composer). This show serves up a heap of original electronic pop, a smattering of reimagined classics, a dash of sketch comedy, a sprinkling of performance art surprises, and silliness abound. Tickets are available at http://www.brownpapertickets.com, as well as at Sonyas Bar and Grill, for $8, or may also be purchased at the door for $12.
EmpeROAR Fabulous!!! is a Seattle based Singer-Songwriter, Boylesque Performers, Event Producer, and Instructor. He has been seen on NBCs Americas Got Talent, and has performed across Europe, at the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival, and extensively in Seattle. He was a panelist at BurlyCon 09, a National Burlesque Convention, and teaches private musical and performance lessons. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Cornish College of the Arts.
Holly Small is a silly person. She also happens to be a professional vocalist, composer, and producer who has been performing in the Seattle music scene since graduating from Cornish College of the Arts in 2006. Her background is rooted in jazz and classical music, although, her passion for musical styles spans all genres. She is also very much influenced by comedy of all kinds, especially Monty Python, The Kids in The Hall, and Weird Al Yankovic. Currently, she is writing and performing original electro-pop/comedy music, and aspiring to make people experience fits of uncontrollable giggling
