SHAKESPEARE ACTION NEWS
There is a war brewing in medieval Scotland, and you are there to cover it. Investigate the story of Macbeth by asking the hard questions. This class is 1/3 journalism, 1/3 acting and 1/3 straight up fun. Learn about camera techniques, interviewing, and take turns playing the tragic characters in this hot mess of a Shakespearian tragedy. It will be like a war correspondents meets Stephan Cobert meets Channel 1. Silliness encouraged, journalism well played.
Class geared toward ages: 8-12
Class cost per student: $90 for one student; $100 for two; $110 for three
Drop-in fee: $20.
