Ladies of Laceration vs. Wicked Wheelers
Saturday 10/23: Watch the Ladies of Laceration take on the Wicked Wheelers ONE LAST time in the 2010 season! With both the Wicked Wheelers and the Ladies of Laceration having beat each other just once and having lost to the Thundercats, these two teams will meet on the track ONE LAST TIME to see who will face the Rolling Thundercats in the Championship bout on 12/4. Wear your BEST COSTUME as Halloween is just around the corner, the costume contest will take place at the half time! Have your picture taken with the Wicked Wheelers and Ladies of Laceration! Of course don't miss DJ Joe Jack spinnig the beats, as this THRILLER bout is one you WOULD NOT WANT TO MISS!!!!
Be sure to get your tickets early and bring a chair to sit rink side! As this is sure to be a hard hitting, fast paced, action packed bout that will blow your mind! Beer served by your friendly local brewery, Long Ireland Beer, while DJ Joe Jack spins the beats all night long!
About the Long Island Roller Rebels:
The Long Island Roller Rebels are Long Island's first all female Roller Derby League. We formed our league in July of 2005 and have successfully formed three home teams: the Wicked Wheelers, the Ladies of Laceration, and the Rolling Thundercats who compete for the Joy Cup Championship Title each season.
Additional Information:
Tickets can be picked up at the will call table starting at 7:00 pm the day of the show. Doors open @ 7:00 PM, the first whistle blows @ 8:00 PM. Bring your own chair to sit rink-side and be as close to the action as possible!
