Produce Dinner: Citrus
We're back with another installment of our much-loved monthly produce dinners. During these dinners we serve up a fantastic, family-style meal that celebrates the local produce of our region. Citrus is the antidote for dreary winter days and this dinner is sure to be bright, fresh, and maybe a little zesty. In addition to enjoying an amazing meal, we'll get to learn about the seemingly infinite varietals, the rich historic folklore, and the fascinating world of farming citrus fruits. Pull up a chair and pucker up. Wine included.
