It's A Wonderful Life -1940's Live Radio Play
It's a Wonderful Life at the Rosendale Theatre! On Friday and Saturday, December 12th and 13th at 8:00pm, The Rosendale Theatre will reprise their highly successful It's a Wonderful Life. This is the classic holiday film done as a Live 1940's Radio Play. Frank Capra, the films director, wanted it to be a celebration of the lives and dreams of America's ordinary citizens, who tried the best they could to do the right thing by themselves and their neighbors. This is an enduring and beloved story. The show will be performed as a live theatre piece with sound effects and music. The show features 5 actors playing 50 roles. The performers are: Claudia Brown, Kimberly Kay, Giles Malkine, Brian Mathews and Doug Motel. The show will be directed by Ann Citron with sound effects by Fre Atlast and live music by Charlie Kniceley and company. This show is great for the whole family.
