SPJ Spring Conference
The Western Washington Pro Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists will host the region's Spring Conference on April 10, 2010 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center in downtown Seattle.
Dubbed by organizers as a "teaching conference," the day includes sessions on effectively using social media, launching a freelance business and finding work online, creating video and audio packages for the Web, and learning the ins and outs of covering the recession.
