STAND WITH HAITI Benefit with Darien Brahms + Phantom Buffalo
On January 12th, a catastrophic 7.0 magnitude earthquake devastated Haiti, killing tens of thousands and direly affecting millions more. SPACE presents a throwback show by two of our oldest friends to benefit Haitian relief work. Darien Brahms present her classic 2003 album Green Valentine in it's entirety, followed by Phantom Buffalo (nee The Ponys) performing their seminal first album ShiShiMuMu. All door proceeds go to benefit Partners In Health, a nonprofit that has worked in Haiti for nearly twenty-five years and today is one of the largest non-governmental health care providers in the country (http://www.standwithhaiti.org).
Please note this show begins earlier than usual. Doors open at 7:30pm. Darien Brahms at 8:00pm, Phantom Buffalo at 9:30pm.
All door proceeds go to Partners In Health. Suggested admission is $10-20, pay-what-you-can. You will find a variety of ticket prices at checkout to suit your support budget.
Our friends at Rogues Gallery (www.roguesgallery.com) have created a limited edition T-Shirt ($75 value). Tickets purchased at $25 or more will be eligible to receive one. Shirts will be distributed at the door on a first come, first served basis. Come early when the doors open at 7:30pm to claim one. Please remember, this is a donated premium for a Haitian relief benefit, we'll do our best to distribute them fairly but sizes and supply will be limited.
