Cafe Spiaggia Celebrates the Feast of the Seven Fishes

Buone feste! Come celebrate the southern-Italian celebration of Christmas eve, Feast of the Seven Fishes at Cafe Spiaggia a few days early. Join us on Sunday, December 21 at 6 p.m. for a family-style evening of fish and fun. Cost is $75 per person, with optional wine pairings for an additional $25 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Seven course menu:

Crudo di mare - raw oysters and Nantucket bay scallops, Sicilian blood orange

Frito misto - fried fresh anchovies, sardines, neonata

Zuppa di pesce- Spanish mackerel

Spaghetti alle vongole - clams, Sardinian bottarga, breadcrumbs

Polpo alla griglia - octopus

Spigola al forno - striped bass, puntarelle, Treviso, salsa verde

Dolci
Pear-cranberry cobbler,florentines,gingerbread macaroons,
pistachio-cranberry biscotti, pignole, chocolate-hazelnut torrone, orange-polenta cookies
