Meet the Producer Dinner
HACC Culinary Arts instructors have crafted a delicious and creative menu, built upon fresh, local and naturally or organically raised produce and winning wines from the 2010 PA Wine Excellence Competition. A delicious menu has been created around the wines, including grass-fed beef and fresh products from HACC's new culinary garden.
