Paella Party & Cooking Class
Travel to Spain through taste, and what better way than by joining us for our Paella Party and Cooking Class. This will be a complete experience immersing you in the culture and cuisine of Spain. Our class will be taught by Chef Eduardo Balaguer of Venga Paella, with over a decade of experience working in his families restaurant, Casa Balaguer in Valencia, Spain. Chef Eduardo has generated quite a following for cooking authentic paella using fresh seasonal organic ingredients. Chef Eduardo truly has a passion for paella and loves teaching this class. He has put together an impressive agenda designed to give you everything you'd want in a Paella Party.
Here is what our day will involve:
Social Hour where guests will enjoy Sangria and a variety of Spanish Tapas:
Tortilla de patatas y cebolla (potato, egg & onion Spanish style frittata with a drizzle of aioli)
Pan con tomate (toasted bread with a tomato & light garlic & olive oil rub)
Stuffed piquillo peppers (goat cheese, caramelized onions & green olives) A Brief Presentation on the history of Paella
Live cooking demonstration of a Chicken & Seafood Paella with step by step instructions
Paella Party, Let's eat! Guests will dine on our fresh paella and then have the chance to play an interactive game of Jenga using their custom built gigantic set.

Sunday December, 7th 1:00-4:00 pm
$60 per person $70 at the door Guests will have the chance to purchase their own paella pan for an additional fee.
