The Joy of Cheese Presents The New British Invasion
For all the well intended talk about a revival of artisanal cheesemaking in the United States, the Brits began this back to the basics movement and it has produced some of the world's best new cheeses. On February 16 at 7:30 at The Clerkenwell, 49 Clinton St. we will explore eight of the very best hand crafted new British cheeses and there will be recommended wines and beers to choose from. Tickets are $25 and you pay for your drinks separately.
