Cultivating Success - Ag Entrepreneurship & Business Planning
Ready to start or expand a small farm or local food business?
Agricultural Entrepreneurship and Business Planning is a 12-week course that provides an overview of the business planning process and introduces topics and resources relevant to small farms and farm-fresh food start ups.
Topics include small farm licensing and permitting; market analysis and food consumer trends; marketing, branding, and communication; operations; personnel planning; small farm accounting and bookkeeping, finances and taxes, insurance.
Spanish spoken/Se habla Espanol.
Participants may earn credits toward Skagit Valley College Sustainable Ag & Food Systems Certificate. Contact SVC for more info.
