Rolling Thundercats vs. Ladies of Laceration
On Saturday May 15th, the 2010 intraleague season will kick off as the reigning champions, the Rolling Thundercats, take on the Ladies of Laceration. Will the Cats come back tough as ever, or will the Ladies, who have yet to take home a win since they began in 2006, finally be able to make a dash for the season championship!?
Be sure to get your tickets early and bring a chair to sit rink side in a hard hitting, fast paced, action packed bout that will blow your mind! Beer served by your friendly local brewery, Long Ireland Beer, while DJ Joe Jack spins the beats all night long!
About the Long Island Roller Rebels:
The Long Island Roller Rebels are Long Island's first all female Roller Derby League. We formed our league in July of 2005. The Roller Rebels have successfully formed three home teams: the Wicked Wheelers, the Ladies of Laceration, and the Rolling Thundercats who compete each season for the Joy Cup Championship Title. The Roller Rebel All Star team also represents Long Island in interleague play against other leagues, both home and away.

Tickets can be picked up at the will call table starting at 7:00 pm the day of the bout. Doors open @ 7:00 PM, the first whistle blows @ 8:00 PM. Bring your own chair to sit rink-side and be as close to the action as possible
