Imagine the best turkey and cranberry sauce you will ever have, Baked Ham cooked for 3 days to fudgy perfection with Taki's Pineapple Quince, Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes that are ethereal, and their own dish (perhaps some truffles just to gild the lilly ). It will be a tasting of 12 courses that embodies the best of what a holiday feast can and should be. We'll use the familiar to communicate the complete experience of how modern cooking, art, design and innovation reshape the boundaries for the way we perceive food.
