The Choral Society of Pensacola invites you to enjoy To Pensacola with Love: An evening of champagne, chocolate, and song.
Celebrate the Valentine season strolling through the beautiful Pensacola Museum of Art, enjoying a free flow of champagne and trays of tasty dessert bites, while being serenaded by a variety of musical styles. From classical guitar and tinkled ivories to voices joined in harmony - the music of the night will speak of love. Performers for the evening include Borcu Goker, First Violinist with the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra; pianists Patricia Izbicki and Isabelle Areola; guitarists Joanna Johnson and Ryan Etheredge of the Pensacola Guitar Symphony; vocalists Lela Hammock and Taylor Perkins; and roving singers Susan Brak and Kara Wixwat, and others. The Choral Society Chamber Singers close the evening with a performance of '60s favorites.
Plus, professionals from Rob's Camera Shop will be on hand providing portraits looking to capture the magic of the evening.
We hope to see you again for this fundraising gala. At 79, the Choral Society is one of Pensacola's oldest arts organizations, and the oldest chorus group along the Gulf Coast. Performances would impossible without successful fundraising events. To Pensacola with Love is no exception: proceeds from this event directly support the "Viva Mozart" performance this April.
