It is that time again for the premiere vegan dining gathering of the year...the Las Vegan Eatz December Holiday Dinner at Panevino. Last year's dinner was beyond epic. Once again General Manager Vincenzo Granata has unveiled a 5-course vegan epicurean masterpiece that is sure to please every palate:

"Crab Cakes"
Crispy "Crab" cakes with creamy Tartar Sauce
Brown Rice & Falafel Cream Balls ~ Baked organic Brown Rice Balls filled with Falafel cream, and diced roasted Bell Peppers, dusted with "Parmesan Cheese" on a bed of creamy Vodka-Tomato Sauce
Decadent Chocolate & Puffed Brown Rice Pudding ~ Rich, velvety, dark chocolate & puffed Brown Rice pudding with a surprise
