ABOUT DUCT TAPE & A DREAM
The annual Duct Tape & A Dream Festival features socially provocative and adventurous new works by emerging artists in New York City. It has a been a platform for explorative work spanning across 8 festivals over the past 5 years featuring the talents of over 150 artists.
The festival has highlighted solo storytellers, devised pieces, dance, clowning, musicians, musical theatre, straight plays, and so much more. We operate like no other festival in New York. We charge our artists no fees to participate, offer 40 hours of rehearsal space, with a tech and 3 performances in a black-box theatre in midtown NYC.
