Farm to Fork Dinner Celebrating Terra Madre 2014
Join us for a 5-course 'Fall into Winter' feast to welcome new members and toast 25 years of Slow Food around the world. All ingredients are from nearby producers and our coastal waters.
Aly's on Main Chef and owner Michael has created an especially flavorful menu to showcase our uniquely seasonal harvest in keeping with Terra Madre's bringing people together with food that celebrates local traditions and regional diversity. Chef Michael will share stories of how he discovers and evaluates local sources for his ingredients and develops relationships that support his commitment to offering good, clean and fair to his clientele.
