Camp Bacon with Ari Weinzweig of Zingerman's

What would you most like to eat for your last meal? What food would you most like to have if you were trapped on a desert island? What food do you think could make even a rubber tire taste good?

Bacon? Well, that's certainly what a good many of us would say.

Please come celebrate this ubiquitously loved food with the legendary Ari Weinzweig of Zingerman's in Ann Arbor, Michigan and author of the newly released Zingerman's Guide to Better Bacon.

Ari will shares tales of Bacon's history, shed light on why pork fat is America's favorite, and sign copies of his comprehensive guidebook. In addition to meeting Ari, each guest will also cast their vote for TOP BACON in a bacon blind tasting. This evening is a chance to learn from one of the greats and gather with other baconophiles.

This event will run continuously from 6 to 9 PM with the evening divided into two ticketed time slots for attendance: 6-7:30 or 7:30-9.
