Smokin' with Chris Munsey
We will taste and discuss all things smoked, from the Sardinian sheep's milk cheese, Fiore Sardo to Gabriel Ross' smoked beef tongue, and of course we'll taste rauchbier! Chris Munsey will give a brief description of the smoking process, the concept of preservation, a history of smoked foods and why we still used smoke to preserve foods today. 7:00-8:30 pm, $35.
