Change is a tricky word. One moment we crave it, the next we are clinging on for dear life to all that feels safe and familiar. Yet, there are times in our lives when we can not ignore change and are invited to befriend all that it has to offer. These times are when we are transitioning out of an old pattern and into something new, or beginning a new venture. This may show up in relationships, in our professional lives, with our own bodies, or pretty much anywhere else. This community workshop will explore ways to ease into the natural flow of transition, whenever we encounter it in our lives.
We will share the medicine of the following plants + birds, along with fun + powerful ways to access their healing magic:
courage + resilience: borage + pigeon
transition + releasing control: elecampane + hawk
rebirth + shifting patterns: echinacea + peacock
This class is offered by Stephanie Syd Yang of Blue Jaguar is Love, and Elokin Orton-Cheung of Shooting Star Botanicals.
Elokin and Syd are two healers who are coming together to share core elements of their healing practices with you: embracing floral essences and bird medicine. By tapping into the vibrations of the natural world we are able to restore balance in our emotional, mental and physical bodies to ease into all that comes our way.
