Holiday Traditions: Handel's Messiah and Music for the Season - December 14
The Greater South Jersey Chorus will ring in the holiday season with both the old and the new in concerts Friday, December 12th and Sunday, December 14th under the direction of new Artistic Director Dr. Jason Bishop. The highlight of the program will be a performance of Handel's Messiah with orchestra and guest soloists. In addition, the chorus will perform varied interpretations of cherished musical themes in four-, six- and eight-part harmony including Biebl's Ave Maria, A Christmas Carol by Joshua Shank, Randall Thompson's The Best of Rooms and many more.
