The story of Rezso Kasztner, a Budapest Jew who negotiated with Adolf Eichmann to allow 1,700 Hungarian Jews to leave for Switzerland, and as a reward was later, as a citizen of Israel, accused of collaboration with the Nazis. Now fifty years later, his daughters desperate efforts to restore her fathers place as the greatest Jewish hero of the Holocaust, and to uncover the mystery that still clouds his death.
