Tools for Parents Lecture Series - Dr. Mel Levine Professional Workshop
Educating All Kinds of Minds: A Practical Model for Learning
Director of the Clinical Center for the Study of Development and Learning, founder of the non-profit All Kinds of Minds Institute, and head of the Schools Attuned program, Mel Levine, M.D. brings his pioneering work to Seattle for an intensive one-day workshop for teachers, education administrators and child-development specialists. Using Dr. Levine's proven and acclaimed approach to learning differences, professionals will acquire greater understanding and practical knowledge about the individual strengths, weaknesses and variations of children at school. The presentation is based on Dr. Levine's nationally accepted programs offering a system of innovative tools to meet diverse learning needs and help each student succeed without applying labels. Parents are also welcome to attend.
