New Year's Eve 2009 at Century Ballroom

PLEASE NOTE: We have released additional dinner reservations which will be seated in The Tin Table.
After dinner you will have reserved seating in the ballroom during the dance.

Join us for a formal seated dinner in the Ballroom at 7:00,
OR
show up afterwords for the party at 9:30.
Plus, at West Hall: OutDancing on NYE (a special edition of our regular gay night)

Seattle's best DJs will bring you a mix of salsa, swing and other dance favorites to keep you dancing all night long

All packages include a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. In addition, the Century Ballroom will have free coat check. The dancing continues until 1:30am.

FIRST COURSE
Roast Celery Root and Salsify Pure with Foie Butter

SECOND COURSE
Herbed Greens with Dried Pears, Toasted Hazelnuts, Herbed Chevre Crostade and a Hazelnut Vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE
New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp over Aidan's Reserve Cheddar Cheese Grits with Baby Mache & Wild Watercress and a Smoked Rosemary-Lemon Butter Sauce

Grilled Petit Tenderloin of Beef dusted in Coriander and Cumin over Risotto Style Potatoes, Sauted Baby Spinach and a Cypress Grove Goat Cheese infused Demi-Glace

Grilled Vegetable Gallette filled with Chantrelles, Oven-Dried San Marzano Tomatoes and Smoked Gouda topped with Baby Arugula and Ricotta Salad
