Winter Lunch Leadership Series #1
December 4, THURSDAY, 11:30-12:30, 41st floor 800 5th Ave.
Do you avoid having conversations with your subordinates or superiors because you know they will involve discomfort, anger, or judgement? Do they avoid having these conversations with you, too?
Join us at the top of the Bank of America tower on Thursday, Dec 20, 11:30am (sharp!) for a powerful lunch hour and receive: - Training on new communication skills that will help you make the right decisions to vastly improve your relationships. - A deliciously convenient lunch with a view - Individual, customized attention
Our communication styles are very flexible, to accommodate your specific training needs.
While comfortably seated in a corner view conference room, you'll be given: an engaging presentation on how to be more confident holding hard conversations, better understanding of why and how these conversations can improve your life, and tips for making sure you don't get derailed when implementing the training on your own.
The lunch lecture will start on time to allow for maximum benefit in your crunched schedule. Time for questions and answers will be available before the hour is over. This lecture is a stand-alone event within a larger set of similar high-performance leadership development training events.
