Master Pairing: Vintage Stone & Avery Beer Dinner
Stone and Avery have raided their beer cellars for an array of vintage beers that would be remarkable on their own, but when paired with five extraordinary courses become part of a truly momentous experience. Adam Avery himself, Avery's founder and brewmaster, will join us for dinner and Patrick Dawson, author of Vintage Beer: A Taster's Guide to Brews That Improve over Time (w/foreword by 'Dr.' Bill Sysak) will join in with books to sell and sign.
Pairing Masters: Entrees crafted by Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station Banquet Chef Darren Thomas
Beer selections by Certified Cicerone 'Dr.' Bill Sysak
