"MEET THE BEANS" AT THE NEVADA THEATRE NOVEMBER 22!
LeGacy Presents is proud to announce "Dave and the Cool Beans" full band concert November 22 at 8pm at the historic Nevada Theatre, downtown Nevada City.
The Beans were "hatched" from LeGacy's 2014 spring production, "From the Cavern and On", produced also at the Nevada Theatre, featuring over forty songs celebrating fifty years of the British Musical Invasion. The Beans powerful harmonies, mixed with incredible musicianship and natural ease with the audience made for an easy transition to start their performance career officially as a group. Thus, the birth of "Dave and the Cool Beans".
The Beans are comprised of LeGacy Producer Dave Halford on rhythm guitar and vocals, Gary Epps on vocals, keyboard, and lead guitar, Steve Sheppard on bass and vocals, and longtime Nevada County drummer virtuoso John Basa providing the beat.
The Beans mix of American and British 60's and 70's rock seems to strike a chord with fans of all ages. November 22, coincidentally, is the date TWO major Beatle albums were released on the history books, "MEET THE BEATLES" and the "WHITE ALBUM", in their respective years.
