Cooking with Dany
Dany Lamote has been teaching classes for years. I first became friends with him at a private class in Todos Santos, Mexico. Everyone who takes a class, shares a meal, or is served by Dany becomes friends with him. He his such a fun guide in the kitchen. When I took his class we never measured anything and I would look at him feeling worried and concerned as we built a dish. But, guess what... it was always perfect. This man can create dishes out of thin air. He's just that good.
Last year, after his French "La Vie En Rose" Paladar, he taught a Mexican fusion cooking class with Citlalli Cano of Mexico City and they are back at it! The class sold out as we only had room for 10 folks and the same is true again. Please join Dany and Citlalli at this fun and laid back class that will teach you all about being secure with real Mexican cuisine! The class ends with a group feast, of course!
Because of travel plans, we had to hold this class on a work week day (Monday) starting at 5pm. We realize that many of you might have a tight time making this . Please let us know if this is the case for you and we can accommodate as best we can. Thanks for joining!
