Tongue & Groove Spontaneous Theater
SECRETS: Inspired by true, honest secrets (either your own or someone else's) anonymously provided by the audience,Tongue & Groove creates a montage of one-of-a-kind serio-comic scenes and monologues on the spot! Through this structure, Tongue & Groove forms a 'group mind' between artists and patrons, creating original productions that reflect the particular mood and spirit of each audience. Artistic Director Bobbi Block, "...we've received some memorable ones, including "While making love to my wife, I fantasize about her brother" to "I like my dog more than I like people" to "My husband is Jewish and I secretly had our children baptized."
After SOLD OUT performances during the 2014 Fringe Festival, Tongue & Groove brings it back to start off it's monthly series at the Adrienne Theater.
